Your Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the technical aspects of developing fully adjustable valve drive systems.
• Innovate and assess technical concepts and solutions using measurements, simulations, and prototypes.
• Collaborate in defining project requirements with clients and internal teams, encompassing system integration, calibration, and software development.
• Systematically document functional requirements and craft system architectures, with a primary focus on control systems.
• Assume responsibility for On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) functionalities.

Your Profile:

• Hold a completed degree in automotive, electrical, control engineering, or mechatronics.
• Possess relevant professional experience in the field of internal combustion engines and engine management.
• Demonstrate both theoretical and practical expertise in thermodynamics, combustion strategies, and OBD requirements.
• Have a proven track record in system development and the validation of engine controls.
• Exhibit strong customer-facing skills and fluency in both spoken and written German and English.
• Utilize user-level proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, INCA, and common automotive bus systems.
• Showcase mastery of development processes, including ASPICE.
• Apply analytical thinking and a self-driven work approach, coupled with effective teamwork and communication skills.
