Support Engineer - Defence

Role: Support Engineer

Location: Cheltenham (2 days a week onsite)

Salary: £45,000 + Unlimited holiday, flexible/remote working, annual training budget just for you, profit share scheme & more!

iO are working with an established and rapidly growing Cloud technology company in their search for a 1st/2nd Line support engineer

The company was founded in order to make real change to the way organisations utilise and access the Cloud. They provide instant, secure and scalable access to persistent or disposable cloud capabilities via an intuitive interface configured for individuals, teams and enterprise.

They have recently won a number of Gov contracts and so need to expand their Support function to cope with the demand. This role will see you investigating and resolving both 1st and 2nd line support queries, whilst also being involved with providing staff with equipment

There will be lots of opportunity for you to progress, the view is that you will learn new technologies and become a Cloud Engineer as the team expands.

We are looking for experience in:

• Previous experience in a Support Engineer position
• Experience in diagnosing technical issues
• Experience with AWS would be beneficial
