Responsibilities:

Maintain system platforms for clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Configure and manage networks, servers, and clients.
Configure and manage Microsoft products.
Handle events from platform monitoring and address system technology calls.
Document system platforms.
Additional responsibilities for clients and/or expert topics and assistance with the Junior engineers.

Requirements:

Education in computer science (preferably BSc or above)
Fluent in German and fluent in English
Located in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Lucerne.
A structured and proactive work approach.
Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
A driver's license.
For the senior level, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
