Senior Systems Engineer - Ice & Rain Protection Systems
Location: Munich, Germany
Contract Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)

Our client, a leading player in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in ice and rain protection systems to join their innovative team in Munich.

This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation aircraft in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead system architecture, sizing, and modification of ice and rain protection systems.
Perform impingement analyses to ensure system efficiency and safety.
Prepare specifications, drawings, BOMs, and other type design documents.
Support qualification, ground, and flight testing activities.
Conduct safety assessments at system and equipment levels.
Prepare EASA Part 21J compliance documentation.
Act as the technical point of contact for external equipment suppliers.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering.
5+ years experience in ice & rain protection systems.
Hands-on aircraft programme experience.
Familiarity with ARP-4754, ARP-4761, EASA Part 21J, and CS/FAR 25.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
