They're looking for a .Net Tech Lead with 8+ years' experience in MS Tech to work onsite in Gurugram, to drive innovation and lead the technical team.

Required:

• Expertise in .NET/.NET Core, OOP, Design Patterns, and Microservices.
• Strong experience with MySQL, NoSQL, MQ, caching, Git, and GitLab.
• Skilled in Razor Pages, async programming, and authentication/authorization.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor the development team, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
• Code Reviews to maintain high-quality, secure, and efficient code.
• Develop Scalable Solutions using .NET/.NET Core and microservices.
• Foster Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical goals.
