About the Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key part of a 24/7 support team, troubleshooting complex technical issues across IT networks, firewalls, and satellite systems. You'll provide top-tier customer support, ensuring service excellence and rapid issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide 2nd-line technical support across satellite, IT, and network infrastructure
🔹 Diagnose and resolve issues related to IP networking, firewalls, and satellite antennas
🔹 Monitor network alerts, investigate outages, and escalate critical issues as needed
🔹 Support and mentor junior team members, assisting in technical training
🔹 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in IT networks, satellite systems, or RF technologies.
✔ Experience in customer support, network operations, or technical engineering.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (24/7 coverage).
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of IP networking (CCNA, JNCIA, or similar is a plus).
