Job Title: US Accounting (RTR) - General Ledger & Financial Reporting

Location: Mohali | Shift: US Hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Job Overview: We are seeking an RTR Accountant (General Ledger) to handle end-to-end accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Journal Entries & Bookkeeping: Maintain and record accurate transactions in the General Ledger.
Month-End & Year-End Closing: Ensure timely completion of closing processes and financial reporting.
P&L & Balance Sheet Management: Analyze and review profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
Financial Statements: Prepare, review, and ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards.
Reconciliation: Perform bank, account, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).
2+ years of experience in General Ledger Accounting & RTR domain.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
Experience with ERP/accounting software is a plus.
