iO are working with an established and rapidly growing Digital agency in their search for a User Researcher

They work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to a number of customers in industries including not-for-profit, financial services and the pubic sector

This position is working with one of their public sector clients on a new project that is currently in the discovery phase. As the User Researcher you will collaborate with a wide range of other disciplines, working closely with designers, you'll develop and execute research plans to support product development on a daily basis

We are looking for a Designer with experience in:

GDS Experience is a must
Proven experience as a User Researcher or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Ability to analyse and synthesise research findings into actionable recommendations
Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
Experience using research tools such as Optimal Workshop or similar
