B1 EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Boeing and Airbus)
Location: Switzerland, Basel
Work Type: Base maintenance
Rotation: Monday-Friday
Hours per week: 7:15-16:30 (42hrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as certifying staff in a 145 maintenance organisation.
- Perform routine and non-routine task cards.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Troubleshoot and rectify flight problems.
- Liaise with internal 145 MRO and PO part 21 shops for maintenance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Base maintenance experience on Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft.
- Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat B1 license with ratings on Boeing (B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, B787) and/or Airbus (A320 Family, A330/340, A350).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Certifying Staff on aircraft type.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt to different environments.
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Switzerland.
- Client can consider non EU residence but they would require to have a PART 66 EASA license
