Role Overview:
Primarily based in Aberdeen, with travel to various sites, you will lead the execution of high-voltage projects. Your technical knowledge and leadership will be pivotal in delivering top-notch client service and setting new industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite termination and testing of HV (up to 66kV) array cables for offshore wind farms.
- Provide technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes.
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with QA and HSE requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong team relationships and empower subordinates.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE Management Systems.
- Write comprehensive reports and attend client visits to provide technical support.
Experience:
- Essential: Proven track record in leading onsite delivery of HV IAC and Fibre Optic T&T for the renewables industry, preferably offshore.
- Preferred: Experience in electrical installations or maintenance for offshore O&G installations and within the project environment.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, committed, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive with strong quality focus and the ability to prioritise tasks with minimal supervision.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
