join our dynamic team as an IT Change Analyst, based in Faslane, Helensburgh. Enjoy the flexibility of our innovative 4xFlex working pattern, featuring a condensed 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday) and the option for hybrid working, typically spending 2 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization and Collaboration: Streamline change control processes and work with customers to enhance ITIL4 practices.
• SIEM Expertise and Incident Management: Provide SIEM product recommendations, analyze outputs, and escalate incidents promptly.
• Client Engagement and Reporting: Deliver progress reports, presentations, and translate technical risks for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentorship and Secure by Design: Mentor junior team members and provide Secure by Design assurance support.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

• Proven track record as an IT Change Analyst, Cyber Security Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficient in ITIL processes and SIEM operations.
• Competent in NIST Cyber Security Controls and risk management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapting to evolving priorities.
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and consistently meets deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
