What You'll Be Doing

🚀 Leading M365 migration projects from analysis and planning to execution and post-implementation support.
💡 Designing, maintaining, and optimizing modern IT infrastructures (Microsoft 365, Azure, Servers, Virtualization).
🛠 Advising businesses on best-fit M365 solutions and integrating them into their existing environments.
🔧 Enhancing and supporting modern workplace environments to ensure seamless digital workflows.
⚙️ Engaging in incident, problem, and change management to maintain high system reliability.
📚 Keeping documentation up to date and continuously expanding your expertise.

What You Bring

✅ A background in IT (education or equivalent experience).
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
✅ Solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, and cloud security.
✅ Hands-on experience with client and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
✅ Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a team-first mindset.
✅ Fluency in German (written & spoken) and good technical English skills.
✅ A customer-focused approach and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
