Job Title: Marine/Lead AV Installation Engineer
Location: Global (International Travel)
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (Dependant on Experience) + Overtime (20-30%)
Benefits: Pension, Paid Accommodation, Subsistence Allowance (€40 per overnight stay), 20 Days Holiday (+ Christmas break)

We're looking for a skilled Marine AV Installation Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious international projects, collaborating with top shipyards, architects, and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission audio-visual, lighting, and control systems on superyachts and luxury residences.
- Ensure that all installations meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Work closely with project teams to monitor progress, document activities, and manage project timelines.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with other systems (e.g., HVAC, BMS, access control, security).
- Use your fault-finding and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain excellent communication with both technical and non-technical teams on-site.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Crestron DM, NVX, Qsys, BSS, Crestron and Lutron lighting systems, and general AV system integration.
- Good understanding of network architecture and protocols.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning complex systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools and test equipment, with a high level of soldering skills.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Foreign language skills (Dutch, German, or Italian) would be advantageous.
- Clean driving license preferred.
