Join our team at a leading global manufacturing company and contribute to the advancement of health worldwide. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our team.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for mastering the Production Technology and Maintenance techniques in our client's state of the art medical equipment and devices manufacturing process. Your main focus will be on investigating and resolving issues related to loss, such as breakdowns, waste, and speed. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing basic maintenance processes for our designated product lines, ensuring smooth operations and optimal productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Generate daily bottleneck action and focus KPI action
- Provide direction to shift teams on problematic areas using data analysis
- Drive center lining activities for sustained line performance
- Implement quality improvements to drive down TQN and QN
- Drive safety initiatives and improvements
- Identify opportunities for waste reduction and drive actions to completion
- Attend meetings to provide engineering status and resource deployment recommendations
- Resolve repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving techniques
- Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability
Requirements:
- HNC or Degree level education in Engineering/Mechatronics or a related field
- 5+ years of technical or manufacturing experience, preferably with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment
- Experience working in a busy manufacturing setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of quality systems and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
