12 Month Contract - Programme Manager

I am working with an established client in the defence sector to find an experienced Programme Manager to join them on a contract basis. You will lead a high-profile, and complex programme with transformational elements so this is a really exciting project for an experienced individual.

Your day to day will vary but you will:

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver systems for the UK's national deterrent platform.
• Manage programmes in the support of delivering large and technically complex equipment/system contracts.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a large team, prioritising to meet delivery commitments and financial goals.
• Develop and implement business cases, delivery plans, and growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven ability to lead and communicate with high-level stakeholders.
• Experience within complex supply chains, ideally in an engineering setting.

• Ability to develop and implement business cases, delivery plans, and growth strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Project and Programme Management.
• Experience and track record in delivering complex engineering programmes from design through to manufacture with complex supply chains.

Due to the nature of this role you will be required on site in Bristol on a hybrid basis and you must hold active Security Clearance and be a Sole UK National.
