iO Associates are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework. This role involves overseeing the development and integration of ESG strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ESG framework, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and compliance regulations.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Oversee the integration of ESG principles
Engage and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and technology partners.
Ensure successful adoption of an ESG-focused Target Operating Model (TOM) through effective change management.
Implement monitoring, reporting, and analytics to track ESG performance and compliance.

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in ESG, procurement, or sustainability-related initiatives.
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks & compliance regulations.
Familiarity with technology-driven ESG solutions.
Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred.
