iO Associates are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of an ESG framework within a procurement-focused setting. The role will involve conducting gap analyses, defining business requirements, and assisting in the integration of ESG principles into operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth gap analyses to assess current ESG integration within procurement and supply chain processes.
Define business and functional requirements to support ESG compliance and reporting.
Assist in developing ESG charters, frameworks, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Work closely with project managers, technology teams, and stakeholders to implement ESG solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies.
Support risk assessments, compliance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably within ESG, procurement, or sustainability projects.
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and performance tracking for ESG initiatives.
Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, and technology integration.
Certifications such as CBAP or Agile Business Analyst preferred.
