Your Role

Lead corporate safety management as the designated Safety Manager.
Expand the existing Safety Management System (SMS) to a group-wide framework.
Manage the Pilatus Safety Board and address SMS-related safety issues.
Conduct safety investigations, error assessments, and risk analyses.
Perform internal and external audits, deliver SMS training, and drive awareness campaigns.
Prepare safety reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure SMS compliance.

Your Profile

Technical training with subsequent qualifications as a technician or engineer.
Advanced training and extensive experience in Quality & Safety Management within aviation, with solid knowledge of EASA regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong communication skills in German and English (C1 level).
Excellent interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, and pragmatic approach.
