Thrilled to announce we are recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer on behalf of a prestigious luxury travel brand based in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a development team of an industry leader that has been at the forefront of luxury travel for over two decades.

About the Role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining test-driven systems that enhance client journeys and optimise business workflows. With recent investment from a high-profile private equity firm our client is transitioning to a cutting-edge tech stack, including Next.js on Vercel and Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain systems for client and business operations, including high-value financial transactions.
Improve testing infrastructure and operational tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into impactful solutions.
Release new features with feature flagging and A/B testing, while maintaining system observability.
Take ownership of features from concept to production, working to resolve bottlenecks.

About You: We're looking for someone with a passion for web software engineering, particularly with Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworks. The ideal candidate is driven by ownership, values collaboration, and has a test-first approach to development.
