iO Associates is closely working with a Veterinary group who are looking for a Software Support Manager to join their dynamic team and lead software support initiatives!

Our client is a leading veterinary group dedicated to providing top-notch technology solutions which help businesses improve the health and wellbeing of pets around the globe.

Role Overview:

As the Software Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software solutions run smoothly. You will manage a talented support team, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Internal and external customer service skills
• SQL Knowledge
• ITIL Experience would be a benefit
