Supply Chain Operations Manager

Location- Munich, Germany (Onsite)

Duration- 12 Months

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager working closely with our Senior Program Leadership, Logistics, Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering as well as major Suppliers to ensure program objectives are met and stay on schedule. As part of an interdisciplinary Integrated Project Team (IPT), you will focus on designing, manufacturing, and delivering aircraft structures, interiors, landing gear, electrical systems, and additional components from prototype to serial production.

Essential Skills:

Minimum of 4-5 years proven experience in supply chain or technical project management roles (i.e. Aerospace or Automotive)
Experience in development environment (New Product Introduction) as well as serial production is required.
Knowledge of ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned work-package global Supply Chain Operations "end to end", from forecasting/planning, purchasing, supplier development & monitoring, delivery to final payment (P2P)
Act as focal point for assigned work-packages, towards contracted suppliers, and internally towards program, engineering, logistics, production, other stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Ensure suppliers' readiness by leading capacity audits and supporting capability assessments.
