IT Support Analyst

Working with a large Engineering Consultancy we are a seeking an experience ICT Support Engineer based in Seraing, Belgium.

Within the ICT department, you work in the "Helpdesk" team in charge of operational support for users of a global group. Our technological environment counts:

• Nearly 3,000 users spread over more than 60 sites in 7 countries
• 2 main data centres in Belgium with more than 300 servers
• WAN integrating more than 50 sites

Role Type: Contract

Duration: 3 months with rolling extensions

Location: Belgium, Seraing, with Remote working

* Whilst there is plenty of scope for remote working, they would like candidate to be commutable to the offices, working a few days a week and when it's safe to do so and travel restrictions lift.

Rate/Pay: Circa €300-350 per day

Languages: French (Fluent & Madatory) English (very good) - Reading & Writing

Experience:

• Computer technician or equivalent experience
• Experience of at least 5 years in a similar function; ideally within an internationally distributed organization
• Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of Office 2003, 2016, 365
• Good knowledge of Windows 7 Pro, 10 Pro
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
• Proficiency in managing users, computers, groups in Active Directory.
• Proficiency in managing email addresses and shared mailboxes in Exchange.
• Mastery of Teams, SharePoint or equivalent
• Strengths: Windows Server, Microsoft Operations Manager, routers and switches databases, ITIL.
