Embedded System Engineer

Your tasks

You work in software development and are jointly responsible for deployment in the embedded Linux environment
You adapt our embedded Linux to different platforms (currently we use Debian)
You develop in C/C++, both in the kernel and in user space
You find solutions for a variety of challenges in the field of development and integration and implement them
You configure and optimize the real-time behavior
You work with industrial fieldbuses/protocols (e.g. EtherCAT, CAN, OPC UA, TSN, ...)

Desired Skills

You feel comfortable and "at home" in the Linux environment
You program ("fluent to native speaker") C/C++
You are familiar with networks and their configuration
You have experience with industrial protocols
You are familiar with real time
