System Engineer (Embedded Systems - Safety & Security Focus) - Bremen

Shape the Future of Safety and Security:
As a System Engineer, you'll play a key role in the development of next-generation secure systems. Collaborating within small to large project teams, you'll contribute to innovative solutions such as orthosis control (Medical), video solutions for partially automated driving (Automotive), and advanced elevator systems (Industrial).
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and advancement of secure systems across various industries.
- Drive project progress, working closely with colleagues to develop safe and reliable systems.
- Apply your expertise in areas such as:
- Creating and implementing system and security concepts.
- Modelling system architectures and designs, and requirements engineering.
- Collaborating with functional safety and security teams to support safety analyses and risk mitigation.
- Planning system integration and verification.
- Executing projects in accordance with relevant processes and standards.
- Engage directly with clients on a technical level to develop innovative products collaboratively.
Your Profile:
- Ideally, a degree in a technical field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Technology, Information Technology, Mechatronics) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in safety-critical environments and embedded systems development.
- Familiarity with relevant development processes and standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262, IEC 60601, EN ISO 13485).
- Strong analytical skills, a systematic approach, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
