Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Field Sales Specialist to join our team in Austria. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining and developing existing customer relationships in logistics and transport. Your goal is to increase sales volume and position us as the preferred logistics partner in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers, building long-term relationships
Analyze market environment and customer needs for tailor-made logistics solutions
Conduct customer presentations and negotiations
Track and follow up on offers
Participate regularly in industry and networking events
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. Product, Operations) to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
Report sales activities and customer feedback to management

Your Profile:

Completed commercial training or studies in economics, logistics, or related fields
Experience in sales, ideally in logistics or related industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent and goal-oriented work style
Strong customer and service orientation
Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Good MS Office skills
