Your Impact:
As Head of Electrical Engineering, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Technically and managerially guide our "Electrical Planning," "Electric Charging Infrastructure," and "Functional Development and Commissioning" teams.
- Empower Expertise: Foster the professional development of a diverse and highly motivated team of experts.
- Drive Innovation: Focus on the development and optimization of grid integration, protection, and control concepts across high, medium, and low voltage ranges.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee the preparation of detailed specifications for system components.
- Navigate Grid Connections: Take ownership of the grid connection and certification processes according to relevant German standards (e.g., VDE AR-N 4110 / 4120).
- Foster Collaboration: Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and seamless teamwork across departments.
- Be a Role Model: Lead with empathy and integrity, setting a positive example for your team.
What You Bring:
- A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of comprehensive professional experience in high, medium, and low voltage systems, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of relevant German technical standards and regulations.
- Certification or qualification to act as a "Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft" (responsible electrician) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams with an inspiring leadership style.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Confidence and strong communication skills, even in challenging situations.
- Fluent German language skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ideally E-PLAN.
