Role: Lead Data Services Specialist (Data Migration)
Location: Remote with occasional travel (National)

iO Associates are excited to be working with a digital healthcare consultancy that services the NHS on EPR Transformations. We are seeking a skilled leader to join the Data Migration team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, monitoring, and managing healthcare data services projects. As the main technical point of contact for clients, you will lead specific projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role is predominantly remote; however, you may be required to travel to the site occasionally for go-live support. In this case, all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery of data services projects ensuring milestones are met
  • Communicate professionally with stakeholders and management
  • Manage escalations, coordinate reviews and mitigate risks
  • Align with core values and performance objectives
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards
  • Adhere to data services practices and client standards
  • Document processes and best practices
  • Keep technical knowledge up to date

Skills:

  • Expertise in Epic Data Migration and Reporting
  • Advanced SQL and data warehousing skills
  • Strong technical knowledge in data migration
  • Experience in healthcare data services delivery
  • Understanding of NHS data model and reporting requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in risk management and progress monitoring
