Role: Lead Data Services Specialist (Data Migration)

iO Associates are excited to be working with a digital healthcare consultancy that services the NHS on EPR Transformations. We are seeking a skilled leader to join the Data Migration team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, monitoring, and managing healthcare data services projects. As the main technical point of contact for clients, you will lead specific projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role is predominantly remote; however, you may be required to travel to the site occasionally for go-live support. In this case, all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical delivery of data services projects ensuring milestones are met
Communicate professionally with stakeholders and management
Manage escalations, coordinate reviews and mitigate risks
Align with core values and performance objectives
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards
Adhere to data services practices and client standards
Document processes and best practices
Keep technical knowledge up to date

Skills:

Expertise in Epic Data Migration and Reporting
Advanced SQL and data warehousing skills
Strong technical knowledge in data migration
Experience in healthcare data services delivery
Understanding of NHS data model and reporting requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in risk management and progress monitoring
