Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

A leading player in the FinTech sector is seeking a skilled Lead Development to join their growing team. You will be working in an agile team who value a diverse workspace, startup style environment and significant career progression opportunities.

We are looking for a developer who can support more junior members of the team whilst remaining hands on and in charge of your own code base.

In terms of skillset - you will:

Be an advocate of TDD/BDD & SOLID
Be proficient in LAMP Stack PHP & Laravel
Experience with React & or React Native
Familiarity with CI/CD practices
Upholder of coding standards
Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams

Nice to haves

Exposure to AWS serverless technologies
Previous experience in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
