Your Mission:

  • Be the crucial link in our operations, driving efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials for our innovative projects. ?
  • Play a key role in strategic decision-making within our dynamic international environment.
  • Provide essential support for tender projects by securing timely material acquisition under optimal conditions, always considering the "Total Cost of Ownership."
  • Actively scout and engage with suppliers worldwide to source cutting-edge, high-tech materials.
  • Establish strong communication channels with a diverse range of suppliers, diligently gathering and evaluating their proposals.
  • Utilize the "bill of materials" to accurately calculate the cost of items for your assigned projects.
  • Collaborate closely with international colleagues, fostering seamless communication across our global team.

  • Multilingual Maestro: Fluency in English, French, and German, both spoken and written, enabling effective communication with international suppliers and team members. ??

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in the sector, or a Master's degree with initial relevant procurement experience in an international setting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, strong proficiency in English and French, and knowledge of German is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to embracing new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to readily adopt and effectively implement innovative solutions in daily tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in your work.
