Job role : Product Manager

Salary : £70,000

Location : UK Remote - (Full right to work and UK residency required!)

Our Client, a leading provider of health services, is looking for a talented Product Manager to join their innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the product strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that positively impact the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and improve workers' health and well-being.
Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to inform and refine product strategy.
Create and prioritise product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans to drive the product development process.
Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Gain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviours through research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
Advocate for user experience improvements and lead initiatives to enhance product usability.
Ensure successful product launches by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Define KPIs) and track product performance and reach business goals.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through to end-of-life decisions.
Build buy-in for the product vision among internal and external partners.
Act as a product evangelist, representing the company to customers and gathering valuable feedback.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with product management tools such as Microsoft DevOps, JIRA, or Linear.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A passion for continuous improvement through learning and development.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field).
Must be a UK resident and legally eligible to work and reside in the country.
