Our Client, a leading provider of health services, is looking for a talented Product Manager to join their innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the product strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that positively impact the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and improve workers' health and well-being.

  • Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to inform and refine product strategy.

  • Create and prioritise product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans to drive the product development process.

  • Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

  • Gain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviours through research and data analysis to inform product decisions.

  • Advocate for user experience improvements and lead initiatives to enhance product usability.

  • Ensure successful product launches by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Define KPIs) and track product performance and reach business goals.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through to end-of-life decisions.

  • Build buy-in for the product vision among internal and external partners.

  • Act as a product evangelist, representing the company to customers and gathering valuable feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with product management tools such as Microsoft DevOps, JIRA, or Linear.

  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • A passion for continuous improvement through learning and development.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field).

  • Must be a UK resident and legally eligible to work and reside in the country.
