Software Engineer

Location: Kortrijk, Belgium
Contract Duration: 3 months (Full-time, 38 hrs/week) possible extension

Are you a Software Engineer passionate about building cutting-edge solutions? We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript) to play a key role in integrating cloud, data, and AI components for an exciting project in the healthcare tech industry.

Your Role:

Develop enterprise-scale software solutions using Node.js & TypeScript.
Integrate cloud-based components and ensure seamless system connectivity.
Design RESTful APIs & IoT interfaces.
Work with AWS, Docker, Databases, DevOps.
Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality code.

Your Skills:

6+ years in backend development (TypeScript, AWS, databases, DevOps).
Experience in microservices architecture & cloud technologies.
Strong knowledge of Docker (Swarm, Kubernetes is a plus).
Experience with Lambda AWS, 3rd party integrations.
Prior experience in healthcare tech is a plus.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).
