We are seeking a Software Team Manager to establish and lead a highly skilled software development team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will collaborate closely with European management to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Required Skills

Leadership Experience: 3+ years as a team leader with a proven track record of success.
Technical Expertise: 5+ years as a software architect with experience in C++, GUI frameworks, GIS, and video encoding.
Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database interfaces and terrain data management.
Education: Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Electronics.
Collaboration: Experience working with European development teams is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of up to 20 software developers in Hyderabad.
Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with European teams to define work packages and align development efforts.
Oversee local IT infrastructure, including servers and build environments.
Drive customer satisfaction to support strategic growth and sales.
