VP of Operations

Location: Aachen, Germany. On-site.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Company Overview: iO Associates has partnered with an innovative scale-up, specialised in the development of special purpose manufacturing process machinery. The company are seeking a VP of Operations to join the team and lead the scaling of production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of corporate strategy and organisational growth.
Establish and scale the operations departments, with an initial focus on building production capacity of manufacturing machinery.
Oversee the selection of partners and suppliers.
Define and implement processes for production/project management.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in machinery manufacturing.
Ability to evaluate and manage partners and suppliers.
Excellent process mapping and execution skills in a production environment.
Fluent in German and English.
