Senior SAP Finance (CFIN) SME needed - Outside IR35 - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance CFIN SME to join my clients team. You will help drive the successful implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and similar SAP cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial systems landscape, leveraging their deep understanding of SAP solutions to support our clients across various industries.

This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and client engagement capabilities, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, effective, and innovative financial solutions.
SAP S/4HANA Finance (mandatory), Central Finance (mandatory)

12-15 Years SAP and / or Finance Domain experience

At least 2 end to-end SAP S/4HANA or Central Finance implementations completed.

Deep understanding of S/4HANA value proposition against ECC.

Deep understanding of Green/ Brown/ Bluefield implementation methodologies.

Good understanding of satellite systems in Finance (Reconciliation, Cash Mgmt. Taxation, Consolidation, Group Reporting, FP&A etc.)

Good understanding of AI & Automation solutions in the Finance area

Chartered Accountant/ Finance MBA background with top academic pedigree. Excellent Team Management skills?

Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.

A self-starter mentality with the ability to problem solve and execute independently.

Key Responsibilities?

Participate in the Pre-Sales cycle involving qualifying opportunities, solutioning & estimation, creating the value proposition/ differentiators and participate in RFX Orals/ client leadership presentations.

Conduct assessments for client roadmaps to SAP S/4HANA or SAP Central Finance

Lead Design phase for SAP S/4HANA transformational engagements focusing on Finance.

Lead/ Manage E2E delivery for SAP S/4HANA transformational engagements focusing on Finance.

Strengthen the SAP S/4HANA Finance practice by engaging with delivery teams, driving trainings, demos etc.

Identify, prioritize, qualify and build futuristic SAP Finance solutions with market/ geos and industry perspective.

Lead and mentor a team of SAP Finance practitioners for all the above
