Your Role & Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and optimize frontend and backend solutions using .NET and Blazor.
✅ Implement scalable, maintainable code aligned with best practices and industry standards.
✅ Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth deployment cycles.
✅ Work with relational databases (MSSQL) and manage complex data structures.
✅ Collaborate in an agile, international team, engaging in code reviews, technical discussions, and innovation workshops.
✅ Ensure high software quality by leveraging monitoring tools, security practices, and performance optimization.
✅ Drive continuous improvement, explore new technologies, and contribute to architectural decisions.
✅ (Preferred) Work with healthcare communication standards like HL7 & FHIR to integrate with hospital systems.

What You Bring

🔹 Strong experience with .NET, Blazor, and Entity Framework.
🔹 Proficiency in MSSQL and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Blazor components).
🔹 Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.
🔹 Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment.
🔹 Knowledge of code security, monitoring, and quality tools.
🔹 Passion for UI/UX principles and creating seamless user experiences.
🔹 (Bonus) Experience with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR).
🔹 Strong English skills; German is a plus.
🔹 Independent, proactive mindset with a passion for teamwork.
