? Your Role

? Lead the Future of Machine Vision: Define and implement technology roadmaps for image-based localization and evaluation components.
? Drive Development from Concept to Deployment: Oversee the complete software lifecycle, from ideation to regulatory-compliant production.
? Collaborate with Experts: Work with international teams, external research partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
? Shape AI in Surgery: Guide the development and optimization of machine learning models for real-world applications.

? What You Bring

? Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
? Experience: Several years in machine learning & computer vision, with a proven industry track record.
? Tech Stack: Strong skills in Python & C++, plus experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, ONNX Runtime, or TensorRT.
? MLOps & Deployment: Hands-on experience in optimizing and deploying machine learning models.
? Communication: Fluent English skills to collaborate with global teams.
? Bonus: Experience in the medical technology sector is a plus, but not required.
